Originally from Colorado, I moved to Minnesota in 2005 to attend North Central University. After finishing my degree in Youth Development Studies, I met my wife Haley, and we settled down in the Land of 10,000 Lakes. We're now raising four energetic little boys – Lincoln, Landon, Tristan, and Jackson – so, as you can imagine, life is never boring in the Carmack house. We enjoy trips up north, hiking, backpacking, watching MN United soccer games, and just about anything else active.
My journey into real estate started during my years in remodeling, where I learned to spot hidden gems and began flipping real estate. This path honed my skills in understanding market value, negotiating contracts, and effectively marketing properties. I began my career in real estate in 2016 and teamed up with Keller Williams Realty, a respected global company known for its agent training and client service. Our office is consistently ranked as one of Anoka County's top-selling offices, and I’ve served as an advisor on our Associate Leadership Council, taught as part of the Master Faculty, and regularly mentor new agents.
My aim as your real estate agent is not simply to handle a transaction. I work to understand my clients’ long-term goals, advocate for their interests, and create true clients for life. The repeat and referral business this approach has generated enables me to sell nearly twice as many homes annually as the average agent and rank in the top 20% within our brokerage, working with home buyers, sellers, investors and global relocation.
